1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all digital platforms, services, tools, membership features, and products operated by DCS Enterprise ("DCSE"), including its three entities:

2. Purpose of DCSE Digital Services
The DCSE ecosystem provides:

All content is educational and developmental in nature.
3. User Eligibility
To use DCSE services, you must:

Unauthorized use, redistribution, or commercial exploitation may result in legal action.
6. Digital Products & Access Terms
All DCSE products, including downloadable materials, dashboards, assessments, interactive tools, AI-assisted features, subscription content, and structured frameworks, are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
6.1 Access Rights

Access does not transfer ownership

Access may be limited to the duration specified at purchase

6.2 Refund Policy

7. User Accounts & Security
Users are responsible for:

Notifying DCSE of unauthorized access
DCSE is not liable for losses resulting from compromised user credentials.
8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Where applicable:

Pricing is displayed prior to purchase

Payments must be made through approved third-party processors

Digital content is generally non-refundable

Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled
Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account termination and recovery action where permitted by law.
9. Community Conduct

Disrupt platform functionality

Use TI content to provide unauthorized legal advice
